I planned, designed, and improved the '#MMDC; Playdates for dogs' service based on insights by interviewing 25-35 female dog owners continuously. Also, I stablished KPIs and metrics to increase the dog owner's conversion rate and duration, defined and analyzed the user data to identify problems and establish hypotheses.

I investigated the NFT industry and related Gen Z Trend, selected startups that provide attractive offering, and conducted investment pitch. Also, I suggested several startups as investment target by investment pitch and wrote investment memo.

I conducted in-depth research on construction industry to support writing the investment memo for con-tech startup Sankun. Also, I made program onboarding handbook and conducted real-time translation of Eng-Kor to help communication between portfolio company and 500’s mentors in the Accelerating Program. Besides, I launched and operated Founder’s Club, mini program for Gen Z entrepreneurs, as project manager.
